Effect:After saying a chant(may be small) Hikitaru can summon a spell out of his hands/hand

Drawback or Cooldown: chants can be interrupted and leave him vulnerable

Abilities:
Name:Raitaki(Lightning from the sky come down to hands of one who pray to thy and strike my opponent)

Effect:Send out a Lightning Bolt that does small damage but stuns the enemies.

Drawback or Cooldown: Hikitaru is stunned for 1/3 of the time the enemy is stunned.

Name:SaintSpell(To the one in the sky show the evil the way back to their domain.)

Effect: Sends out 3 Large[A foot in width 2 feet in height](Catholic)crosses of light to do holy damage on

Cooldown or Drawback: Can easily be dodged as it goes in a 3 way direction

Name:Raisheild(The Creators will protect)

Effect: A large Sheild appears infront of Hikitaru that takes a blow and sends it back

Cooldown or Drawback: cannot attack while shield is up and there is a 30 second period when its up
Power:
Name:controlling of electricity

Effect:This only works with Hikitaru's sword that holds properties of a lightning conducter

Drawback or Cooldown: hands/hand must stay on the sword otherwise sword loses lightning property and it takes longer to conduct again rather than the first time.

Effect:Prison of electricity stops someone from moving and if they try they get electricuted with 1000 volts

Drawback or Cooldown: Hikitaru cant move during this period
